What ScreenScribble Does
ScreenScribble allows you to draw temporary annotations over your screen during presentations, meetings, demonstrations and screenshots.
Your drawings are rendered locally on your device and automatically disappear based on your configured timeout.
Data We Collect
ScreenScribble does not require you to create an account.
ScreenScribble does not collect personal information.
ScreenScribble does not collect your drawings.
ScreenScribble does not record your screen.
ScreenScribble does not upload screenshots or annotations to any server.
Local Settings
To remember your preferences, ScreenScribble stores configuration locally on your device. This may include settings such as:
- Brush colour
- Brush size
- Drawing timeout
- Keyboard shortcuts
- Application preferences
These settings remain on your computer and are not transmitted to us.
Analytics
The current version of ScreenScribble does not include analytics or usage tracking.
If analytics are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are enabled.
Crash Reports
The current version of ScreenScribble does not automatically send crash reports or diagnostic information.
If you choose to contact us for support, you may voluntarily provide logs or screenshots to help diagnose an issue.

The desktop application itself does not rely on third-party cloud services to perform its core functionality.
